It gives them a chance to discuss ideas, goals, frustrations, challenges, and opportunities about the capital city of Kansas.

Only through an open dialogue can genuine, long-lasting and positive change occur. Now, there are minimum standards
here on which I will insist. In general, that means keeping the content here at a "PG-13" level. After all, it is our
children, biologically and socially, that will inherit what we have and make it better.
For example, there will be no personal attacks at this web site. Now, policy makers are fair game for having
their actions and motivations questioned. However, it is not fair game to attack them through stringing together
a long list of vitriol dealing with their personal lives or the personal lives of their families and friends.

As a writer, I don't like editors. Clearly, however, writers couldn't effectively do their jobs without editors.
I promise that I will always err on the side of the writer.
This thing won't work without submissions. I'm not setting any boundaries here except that they must pertain
to Topeka. The idea here is to find truth, whatever it might look like, to improve our city.
